VISION
Cause+Affect was commissioned by Rize to provide development strategy, marketing and interior design services for this residential tower development in downtown Vancouver. Recognizing the necessity to produce a higher quality product, preliminary strategy work involved significant research into purchasing trends, owners needs and wants and industry pitfalls.
SOLUTION
The holistic project scope allowed us to increase efficiency and provide a consistent product built from an initial strategy right through to detailing of interiors. Brand highlights included a custom photo/video campaign widely celebrated online as well as in print advertising, a unique custom built presentation center and a never before seen design feature of 2 unit plans for every suite.
RESULT
The launch of The Rolston brand brought strong consumer awareness and interest from local and international media. The online and print campaigns produced a new collection of buyers which resulted in extremely positive sales statistics at project launch. The Rolston has moved the bar upwards in Vancouver real estate development
